He is the Head of Economics at Red Deer Polytechnic, Canada. He had his PhD in Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia, and MA from International Institute of Social Studies (ISS), Erasmus University, Netherlands. He has been teaching in Canada for last 20 years. In the past, he taught in Australia and China. His research interest is in Development Economics, Applied Economics, International Finance, and East Asian Economics.
