We welcome experienced researchers, scholars, and professionals with the following criteria:

: Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience

Applicants with the academic rank of Assistant Professor or higher at a research center or higher education institute are eligible to apply.

: Communication Skills and Review Standards

Applicants should demonstrate strong English proficiency and a commitment to objectively evaluating submissions while providing constructive feedback that upholds academic integrity.

: Support the Advancement of Academic Research

Applicants are expected to review three to four abstracts per year, with flexibility to accommodate their personal schedules.
