Prof. Dr. Panagiotis Tzavaras

Title: Creating economic recovery and growth
He is a graduate of the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science of the School of Finances and Statistics of the University of Piraeus specializing in the analysis of portfolios (1999). Furthermore, he holds two postgraduate degrees. The first one is a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Telematics Management from the School of Media, Management, Information and Communication from Danube University of Krems, Austria specializing in e-Finance (2002). His second postgraduate degree is in Informatics Systems from the Greek Open University specializing in e-Government (2009). Finally, he wrote his doctoral dissertation at the National Metsovio Polytechnic School in the area of Humanities, Social Sciences and Justice (AKED) at the school of Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences, focusing on the topic of the influence of Social Media on the real economy and the social identity of citizens (2019). He has a teaching experience in the tertiary education since the academic year 2000-2001; it includes mainly contracts of assignment of scientific or laboratory work, with independent teaching, to content pertinent to the fields of finance, statistic, macroeconomic, quantitative methods, social media and adults education.

Title: Investigating social media use by civil aviation, safety-critical front line operators in the European region: Research proposition, preliminary results and conceptual framework
She graduated from the Department of Biology, School of Applied Sciences of National & Kapodistrian University Of Athens. Holds MSc in Nutrition from King’s College, University of London, and MSc in Human Resources Management (With Honors’) from Athens University of Economics & Business. She is an ATPL (A) Student Pilot and an Agile Certified Practitioner from PMI. She is an experienced Air Traffic Controller and holds a number of specialties, registrations and certifications related to the above-mentioned domains. Currently she works at the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority as an ATM/ANS Expert and she is the Head of ATM/ANS Oversight, Regulations & Certification Section. Her professional and academic interests include human performance in complex systems, professional ethics, virtue ethics, leadership, flight safety and safety culture. She likes to spend her free time reading, seeing her family & friends, traveling, swimming and puddling. She is a big fan of MotoGP and football.
Asst. Prof. Nadezhda Koseva Stefanova
Nadezhda Koseva Stefanova is a Head Assist. Prof. PhD in the Department of Management at the Dimitar A. Tsenov Academy of Economics, Svishtov, Bulgaria.
Her research interests are in the field of management and organizational development; leadership and management; human resources management and development; motivation, commitment and satisfaction of staff, etc. Stefanova, PhD gained research experience through participation in 2 research projects in the period from 2017 to 2022, which were successfully completed. In her research activity, Stefanova, PhD has generated 17 scientific publications, of which 1 chapter of a collective monograph, 1 scientific study (co-authored), 5 articles, 9 reports, 1 textbook(co-authored).

Jaideep Motwani is an award winning and highly accomplished scholar, administrator, and consultant with 30 years of experience in the field of supply chain management and process improvement. After earning his Ph.D. in 1990, Dr. Motwani has been busy publishing 17 books and more than 200 articles in prestigious journals. For his commitment to the profession, Dr. Motwani was ranked among the Top 1% Researcher in the field of Technology Management and the recipient of the Michigan Outstanding Educator’s Award granted by the Governor of Michigan.

Emad Nasserian is a Ph.D. student at SMBS University, Salzburg, Austria (incorporation with USC Australia) with research subject focused on green transformational leadership. He studied mechanical (bachelor of science) and chemical engineering (master of science) and has been working for 10 years’ experiences in the automotive and gearbox industry. Some of these projects were performed with BMW AG and Daimler AG. These experiences have motivated him to continue his education in this field.

He also holds MBA degree from HES Business School, France and M.A. in International Relations from the Aegean University of Turkey. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of the School of Business Administration, Al Akhawayn University.
His research is situated in the field of Supply Chain and Operations Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, with a special focus on international technology transfer, academic entrepreneurship and collaborative R&D in high technology industries including applications of computer business simulation and computer science to the service of the broad areas of education and learning. He is internationally certified management consultant (CMC), committee member of ACBSP accreditation, member of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI). Dr. Almaz has previously worked for Fortune 500 companies in the areas of corporate business, strategic planning and supply chain management.
