Botond Benedek is an assistant professor of finance at the Babeș-Bolyai University. In his research, he focusses on new financial technologies. His main areas of interest are: machine learning-based automobile insurance fraud detection, crypto-asset pricing, digitization of life insurance and Industry 4.0.
