He holds a PhD in Economy from the University of Lyon 2 Lumière in France and has served as a professor of Geopolitics at Paris Sorbonne. His career has taken him to Chile, where he managed French companies under the supervision of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and to Mexico, where he led the industrial division of the multinational COMSA Corporation. Additionally, he has contributed as a research assistant at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean at the United Nations in Mexico City. Drawing from his extensive professional experience, he authored the book “Internationalization and Interculturality,” which explores the international development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Dr. Jolta Kacani holds a PhD from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona Tech, and a Master of Science from the University of Manchester. She is the book author of A Data-Centric Approach to Breaking the FDI Trap Through Integration in Global Value Chains, with Springer International. She has received international recognition for innovative work on industrial optimization and integration of enterprises in the global value chain and received a Bronze Medal in the UGAL Invent International Competition (2021). She regularly holds international speeches and lectures. She has been elected as Vice Head for Advocacy for Transition from Higher Education into Professional Life, in the Western Balkan Alumni Association. She serves on the editorial team of several European and American journals and as a researcher and guest lecturer with several European Universities. She has served as an international expert with international development aid organizations like the United Nations and the European Commission. She is a certified trainer and coach from CEFE International, PREMA, and SCORE from the International Labour Organization. Emad Nasserian is a Ph.D. student at SMBS University, Salzburg, Austria (incorporation with USC Australia) with research subject focused on green transformational leadership. He studied mechanical (bachelor of science) and chemical engineering (master of science) and has been working for 10 years’ experiences in the automotive and gearbox industry.
